Default 2 activation codes became 1 account

First, I apologize if this should be posted on Anet official support forum, but I cannot login there, and I had lost contact from support for a while.

My bro & I bought 3 different guildwars 2 activation codes from Amazon, but due to some events, my first guild wars account and two of the three guild wars 2 activation codes were merged into a single account.

So, we ends up with only 2 guild wars 2 accounts from 3 activation codes.

I had contacted the support, and it got transferred to the senior support staff. He asked a few questions to verify my ID, but when I try to further communicate with him, I have not received further reply for around one week. I had also attempted to open a new case, but it has been ignored so far. I tried to PM Gaile Gray here, but it seemed that she hasn't posted here for a while. My guess is that my case is "lost" somewhere in their server....

Anyway, I am hoping someone could suggest an alternative way to contact Anet to get further technical support on this issue, otherwise I might get stuck in a loop of requesting support & being ignored...

If Anet keeps refusing to provide support in order for you to obtain the service you paid for you should contact amazon and tell them about how Anet is refusing to provide the service you paid for, and if that doesn't work, a chargeback with your credit card company.

I am sorry to hear about your difficulties, I believe a lot of people are experiencing similar problems. However, it would be more appropriate to direct posts about GW2 to the GW2G forums here

Good Luck

You're right. Though my problem is on merged GW1 & two GW2 involves GW1, it's more of a GW 2 problem. But, since my main goal is to find a way to contact Anet, this would be independent of the game versions.

I guess I was hoping one of the people here know an ANet staff or something....I know this is a long, scatter shot... Anyway, would the moderator please keep this open, just in case?

I'll post on GW2 forum too, and maybe also contact Amazon.

It should not be possible to actually put two 'full retail' codes on the same account.
Are you sure you had 3 retail codes, or were some of them just the 'pre-order' early access code? (As far as I know, the code you get when you pre-order needs to be upgraded with the retail code you get in the package when you pick up the actual game. The same may be the case if you pre-purchased it from a retailer.)
In other words, it's normal to add a 'retail' code to an account that was started with a 'pre-order' code. If some of them were just 'pre-order' codes, then you should still have a 'full retail' code in the actual retail package.
